HCP.(MD).No.816 of 2019 shall be registered by the concerned Police and the investigation shall be conducted in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in S.Sukumari Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and others reported in (2018 (2) LW Crl.636).

2. This Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
