Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned public auction cum tender notice, issued by the second respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.548/2019/A2 dated 16.07.2019, published in the 'Madurai Mani'Newspaper on 21.07.2019 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondents herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2019 for extension of license for collection of entry fee in Kanyakumari Tamil Annai Park with 20% increase of the existing license amount and pass appropriate order within a time stipulated by this Court.
