Common Prayer: Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioners' scale-of-pay and pension by way of fixing the grade pay as Rs.5400/-, with monetary benefits, with effect from 01.04.2013, in the light of the Judgment of this Hon'ble Court in W.P(MD)No.2654 of 2018, within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the Government has passed G.O.[Ms]No.306, Finance [Pension] Department, dated 12.09.2018, granting the relief to the persons like the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in these matters. Hence, the Petitions are closed. No costs.
