ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant an order of direction, directing the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1443 of 2017 from the file of third respondent to the fourth respondent (CBCID) for fair and proper investigation as directed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the third respondent Police conducted enquiry in Crime No.1443 of 2017 and closed the same as 'action dropped' on 09.10.2020 itself.

CRL OP(MD). No.13486 of 2020 3.Therefore, at this stage, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
