Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the respondent will hold an enquiry and pass orders on the petitioners representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is made clear that it is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The respondent shall pass order on the petitioner's representation after putting the petitioner and all other interested parties on notice. No costs.
