ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the I Additional District Court, Madurai, to adjudicate and dispose the pending I.A.No.2 of 2024 in Prop.O.P.No.142 of 2019 within time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 1/3

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in Prop.O.P.No.142 of 2019 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the I Additional District Court, Madurai to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in Prop.O.P.No.142 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
