O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2019 to grant permission to conduct the "Kovil Thiruvizha" as well as other programmes and also to conduct the Adal Padal on 03.08.2019 at about 09.00 p.m. to 01.00 a.m. in "Sree Kaliamman Kovil" at Saminathapuram, Vembakkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the "Kovil Thiruvizha" as well as other programmes and also to conduct the Adal Padal on 03.08.2019 at about 09.00 p.m. to 01.00 a.m. in "Sree Kaliamman Kovil" at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Saminathapuram, Vembakkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, the petitioner made a representation on 02.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
