Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.GOKUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties Crl.M.P(MD).No.6796 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12446 of 2018, dated 29.08.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of 5 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioners. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) each, in total Rs.4,000/- (Rupees four thousand only) to the credit of Dt.Siddha https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
