[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide salary for the period of Medical leave from 19.11.2016 to 22.03.2017.
2. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned standing counsel accepts notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. In our considered view, the writ petition is thoroughly misconceived and premature, as the second respondent is yet to pass any orders with regard to the period of leave. Therefore, while dismissing the writ petition we direct the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law with regard to how the period of medical leave should be regularised. The above said exercise shall be completed within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
