Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to look into the grievance of the petitioner expressed in the representation dated 24.07.2019 and thereby, accord permission to conduct the "Sport of Kabadi Match" by "V.V.K.Kabadi Team" and to provide adequate police protection on 03.08.2019 and 04.08.2019 (From Saturday at about 7.00 P.M., to Sunday 07.00 P.M.) in the Ground, behind the "N.S.Thirumana Mahal" at Iravathanallur, Madurai.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to look into the grievance of the petitioner expressed in the representation dated 24.07.2019 and accord permission to conduct the "Sport of Kabadi Match" by "V.V.K.Kabadi Team" and to provide adequate police protection on 03.08.2019 and 04.08.2019 (From Saturday at about 7.00 P.M., to Sunday 07.00 P.M.) in the Ground, behind the "N.S.Thirumana Mahal" at Iravathanallur, Madurai.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and police protection to conduct the "Sport of Kabadi Match" by "V.V.K.Kabadi Team" on 03.08.2019 and 04.08.2019 (From Saturday at about 7.00 P.M., to Sunday 07.00 P.M.) in the Ground, behind the "N.S.Thirumana Mahal" at Iravathanallur, Madurai, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner made a representation dated 24.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
