2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. On the basis of the complaint given by him a case in Crime No.439 of 2022 has been registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 of IPC @ 302, 201 of IPC against the accused persons. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far no progress has been made. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed through e.filing and before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the committal Court, to process the final report, within the time stipulated as per Rules. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
