is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and seek necessary protection there from. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
