No.16498 of 2021 District, and to provide adequate protection on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018 and under the light of G.O.(Ms) No.504 dated 07.08.2021 and G.O.(Ms) No.541 dated 31.08.2021 issued by Revenue and Disaster Management (DM-IV) Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
