4.Shanmugaiah Nadar : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute with regard to the house site to an extent of 95.88 square metre situated at Old Natham Survey No.78, New Natham Survey No.200/7, 3rd Ward, Palayamkottai Registration District, Ettayapuram Sub Registration District, Kovilpatti Panchayat Union, Mela Eeral Minor Panchayat, Valampatti Village, and to direct the respondents to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in D.K.Basu's case reported in 1997(1) SCC P.416 in matters pertaining to arrest or interrogation.

Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 294(b) and 506(1) of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
