2. The writ petitioners claim that their turn to function as trustees of the third respondent temple has arrived. In this regard, they have given the petition-mentioned representations.

3. The first respondent is directed to look into the writ petitioner's representations, hold a summary enquiry and hear Thiru.VR.L.L.CT.L.Balachandran, S/o.Lakshmanan Chettiyar, Chidambara Vilas, No.1, AL.AR. Arch, Devakottai before passing final order. This exercise shall be completed by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4
