The petitioner has come to this Court, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation, dated 03.02.2017 and to disburse the monetary benefits and the bus pass, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned Standing Counsel taking notice for the respondents, sought six weeks time to consider the representation of the petitioner.
