ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.721 of 2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offences and his name has been added as an accused instead of adding name of the real accused person.

3.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the respondent police have already completed the investigation and a final report will be filed within a period of two weeks.

4.This Court does not want to interfere with the F.I.R. at this stage, since the investigation has already been completed. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
