Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to protect the people who belongs to Hindu Scheduled Caste Arunthathiyar Community, are residing in the place of Gandhi nagar 1st street, George Road, Thoothukudi District which was given by the Tamil Nadu Government in the year 1960 on the basis of the poor people who are houseless and consequently to take action against the 4th respondent who is trying to grab the houses by the illegal way.
