Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders directing the first respondent herein to remove all the encroachments in Madurai, Kajimar Street Chavadi 3rd lane from Door No.SB5/27 to Door No.AL12/01.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 30.03.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner in respect of encroachments in Chavadi 3rd lane, Hajimar Street, Madurai, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. 2.Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran, learned counsel, has taken notice for the respondent.
3.It is seen from the records that with regard to removal of alleged encroachments, the petitioner has given a representation on 30.03.2017 and the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 30.03.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
