ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to receive and register the sale deed dated 10.01.2025 executed by the petitioner in respect of house site bearing plot no.33 1/3

comprised in S.No. 1029/2A1AB situated at Ayyampalayam Village, Authoor Taluk, Dindigul District without insisting for approval from Town and Country Planning Authorities within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
