Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 mainly to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 14.09.2016 as it is urgent due to deliberate negligence of duty by POLICE OFFICERS continues without any stern Action on offenders, sent by the petitioner for taking appropriate prosecution action against unauthorized banner erectors and also take action against sixth respondent for offence committed under section 166A, 110 and 217 of IPC.
