The petitioner claims to be an agent by virtue of the power of attorney executed on 21.12.2018. There are absolutely, no materials available before this Court to show as to how the petitioner is entitled for making this objection. That apart, it was also submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that till date, no drainage channel has been constructed in the subject property.

3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
