Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.30584L2/2016, dated 01.08.2016 and quash the same as illegal. Prayer in WP(MD)No.17743/2016: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.16579-L2/2015, dated 25.06.2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to appoint any other enquiry officer, other than 3rd respondent, to hold the enquiry as against the petitioner.
