Contemnors/ Respondent Nos.1 & 3 PRAYER : This Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors/Respondent No.1 and 3 and punish them for the wilful disobedience of the order of the Hon'ble High Court Writ Petition in W.P(MD) No.10282 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020.

Prayer in WP(MD). 10282/ 2020 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent no.3 to disburse the monetary benefits arising out of the regularization of the suspension period of the petitioner as duty period from 20.12.2008 to 24.5.2010 and the consequential benefits including arrears to the petitioner in the light of the proceedings of the respondent no. 3 vide Na.Ka.no.2359/B2/19 dt 16.3.2019 within the time period stipulated by this Court.
