ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.209 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent for the proper and fair investigation in the matter.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.209 of 2019 has been completed and final report was also filed and learned Principle Sessions Judge, Madurai has taken cognizance of the same in C.C.No.130 of 2021.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner shall workout https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
