ORDER
Seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2018, for regularizing the service of the petitioner as Sales Clerk as per the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 30.07.2016, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as an Office Assistant in the third respondent office and thereafter, he was promoted to the post of Record Clerk-cum-Sales Clerk (in-charge), by proceedings of the second respondent, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
30.07.2016. However, for the said post, he was not given any monet ry benefits and for the same, he made a representation, dated 24.07 2018. However, the respondents did not consider the same till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.
5.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.07.2018, and pass appropriate orders, on merit and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
