ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent herein to file the charge sheet in the above Crime No.44/2018 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, within the stipulated time.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.44 of 2018, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Rate of interest Act 2003. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though after lapse of three years, investigation the above said crime number has not been completed.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthamapalayam, and taken on file in CC No.336 of 2021.

4.Since the matter has been taken cognizance by the concerned Court, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of infructuous.
