ORDER
The petitioner has made a representation on 28.02.2025 and on 03.04.2025 to the respondent police seeking police protection for fencing his land and has filed this petition for a direction to the respondent police to provide him police protection. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that without any order of the civil court, the petitioner has approached seeking police protection. Considering the civil nature of the issue, they have conducted enquiry by treating the complaint as petition enquiry in CSR No.395 of 2025 and closed it on 05.05.2025.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
