:Respondents Prayer: This Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person pursuant to the order dated 28.01.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.163 of 2019 by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused pursuant to the order dated 28.01.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.163 of 2019 by the learned District Munisf cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 27.07.2018. So far the respondent police has not taken any steps to register the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.541 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 147, 427, 447 and 506 (2) IPC has been registered by the respondent police on 30.07.2019. A copy of the FIR has also been produced before this Court.
