JUDGMENT
********* [Judgment of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge made in W.P(MD)No.22798 of 2019, dated 05.11.2019.
2.Mr.V.Panneerselvam, learned counsel takes notice for the sole respondent. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Appeal is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants fairly submitted that this Court has accepted the prayer of Vocational Instructors in similar Writ Petitions. The Government has also decided to implement the order passed by this Court regarding the same subject-matter which was in issue in W.A.No.158 of 2016 and batch of cases. As a matter of fact, the Government had also issued G.O(St)No.127, School Education Department,dated 12.7.2023 implementing the earlier orders of this Court.
