O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the order insofar as the condition directing the petitioner for depositing Rs.20,000/- in Crime Number as stipulated in Cr.M.P.No.4417 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli, dated 10.10.2018. 2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3.While granting bail, the learned Judge imposed a condition that the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.20,000/- in the Crime Number.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is a load man, he could not able to deposit Rs.20,000/-.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.5,000/- to the credit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Crime Number in Cr.M.P.No.4417 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli. Hence, this petition is ordered accordingly.
