ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 16.03.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 306 of IPC, in Crime No.2238 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the charge sheet was filed by the respondent police in the above case and the same was numbered in S.C.No.337 of 2009, pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai. He would further submit that the petitioner was unable to appear before the trial Court, therefore, the Non-bailable Warrant came to be issued and he was remanded to judicial custody. He would also submit that the petitioner is in incarceration from 16.03.2017 onwards. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai.

(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
