ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this is the third application for bail and the earlier application for suspension of sentence in Crl.M.P(MD)No.12773 of 2024 was dismissed on merits.

2.This Court, while dismissing the earlier application, has considered the merits of the case and finding that the petitioner was found guilty of having kidnapped two minor children and taken ransom for their release. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the typed set of papers are also made ready for final hearing.

3. In view of the above, this application stands dismissed.
