2.This Court had dismissed his earlier petition for anticipatory bail.
3.The petitioner has filed this application for the second time by contending that there was no sand found in the lorries in question. However, the fact remains that the petitioner is having bad antecedents. Since the co-accused appeared to have been granted bail by the Court below, this Court permits the petitioner to appear before the Sessions Court and apply for regular bail.
