ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein. 2.None appeared for the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.97 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely a money transaction dispute between the parties. On that basis, it was closed on 12.09.2021. Since the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and the harassment may not exist and continue also.
