This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.236 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam.

2.On a perusal of the final report, it is seen that it is a case involving the offence under Section 302 of IPC also. Even though there is no representation on the side of the petitioner, I went through the contents of the petition. If I have to consider the said contentions, I will have to necessarily undertake a probe into factual aspects. Leaving open the petitioner's contentions and defences, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
