After some arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the competent forum to work out his remedy and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
