To allow this appeal and thereby set aside the decree and judgment passed by the IIIrd Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in O.S.No.112 of 2011 dated 16.12.2014. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VINOD SATHYA LAZAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- Though this Court vide order dated 28.04.2022, granted interim stay for a period of four weeks, the four weeks came to end on 28.05.2022 itself. Subsequently, there is no order of extension of the stay granted by this Court, on 28.04.2022. Without seeing this, the petitioner has filed this vacate stay petition on 28.07.2022.
