Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the Learned Principal district and Sessions Judge, Special Court for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes , (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Dindigul District to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider the petitioners bail application and grant bail on the date of surrender itself in Crime No.700 of 2018 dated 17/10/2018 on the file of 2nd respondent police and thus render justice.

the arguments of Mr.C.MAYIL VAHANA RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, this court made the following order:- It is also clarified that the petitioners shall serve the advance notice to the defacto complainant in due compliance of Section 15 (A) of the SC/ST Act. The notice shall be served on the Special Public Prosecutor of the concerned Court enclosing the additional copy to be served on the defacto complainant three days prior to the date of intended surrender. The intended date of surrender shall also be mentioned in the notice. 2.Time is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This petition is allowed accordingly.
