Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct a fresh auction for running the Aavin milk shop in Madurai District Court campus by the way of following the provision of Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Act, 1998, by the way of considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2016.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct a fresh auction for running the Aavin milk shop in Madurai District Court campus by the way of following the provision of Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Act, 1998, by the way of considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2016.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition and also he has made an endorsement to that effect, it is stated as follows:- "I may permit to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition."
