[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure and produce Rajeshwari, daughter of Ramarpandi, aged 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty.
2.The case of the Petitioner is that he is having three sons and one daughter, the detenue herein and she was found missing from 1.11.2020. Despite complaint being given, no action was taken by the respondents 1 and 2 Police and hence this Habeas Corpus Petition.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the Petitioner, the detenue and the third respondent appeared before this Court through video-conferencing from the Additional Public Prosecutor's office and on enquiry, the detenue has stated that on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.1030 of 2020 10.12.2020, the marriage between her and the third respondent was performed at Marthandam and they are living together, but the detenue has refused to go with the Petitioner. 4.In the light of the above facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
