Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5654 of 2022 on 18.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same is yet to be taken on file.
