ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to complete the speedy enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.01.2026 and to take necessary action accordance with law within the time stipulated.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's complaint was considered, enquiry was conducted and a first information report was registered in Crime No.312 of 2026 dated 02.06.2026, by the respondent police.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
