Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's house property situated in Grama Natham S.F.No.403/2 for an extent of 0.00.50 Ares at Sitharevu village, Athoor Taluk, Dindigul District as per G.O.Ms.No.496 dated 24.12.2018 on the basis of the petitioner's patta application dated 25.06.2019 within time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's house property situated in Grama Natham S.F.No.403/2 for an extent of 0.00.50 Ares at Sitharevu village, Athoor Taluk, Dindigul District as per G.O.Ms.No.496 dated 24.12.2018 on the basis of the petitioner's patta application dated 25.06.2019 within time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.T.Vadivelan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Bhagawathy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner claimed to have been in possession and enjoyment of the property in S.F.No.403/2 for an extent of 0.00.50 Ares at Sitharevu village, Athoor Taluk, Dindigul District, had given a representation on 25.06.2019 to the respondents and all that, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) 17022/2019 if the said representation is considered by the respondents on merits and final order to be passed thereon, the petitioner would be satisfied.
4.I have heard the learned Government Advocate, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner dated 025.06.2019 would be decided by the respondents, especially, the respondents 2 and 3 and orders would be passed thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame. 5.Considering limited scope of the prayer sought for herein, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition, with the consent of both the parties, at the stage of admission itself, with the following direction:
"The respondents, especially, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2019 and decide the plea raised therein and pass final orders thereon, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
