2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the proceedings initiated by the fourth respondent Symbolic possession was handed over in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil, in Crl.M.P.No.8060 of 2022. The appeal has been preferred by this petitioner before the DRT and stated to be pending.

3.Since the DRT proceedings is pending, the petitioner has to workout his remedy in the pending proceedings itself. There is no question of harassment by the third respondent. 2/4

4.With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
