This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner as legal heir of deceased A.Arjunan by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2016 within a stipulated time.

respondent/Tahsildar rejected his application.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed and the liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order. No costs.
