ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition No.6(b) in Crl.O.P. (MD).No. 6811 of 2026 dated 07.04.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every alternative Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
