This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry on allotment of TCO in Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2016.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order passed and also he has made an endorsement to that effect, it is stated as follows:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
