This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to perform Aadal Padal to be conducted on 31.07.2019, at night 07.00 P.M to 11.00 P.M, in connection with the Aadi Festival of Arulmighu Sri Rakkachiamman Kovil, Thanakkankulam, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2019. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondent Police has already granted permission to the petitioner to conduct the Aadal Padal program.

3.Recording the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same stands dismissed. No costs.
