Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to close the TASMAC Shop No.5238 situated at First Street, Jaihindupram, Madurai City on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2017.Within the time frame that may be fixed fixed by this Court.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to close TASMAC Shop No.5238 situates in First Street, Jaihindupram, Madurai City, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 & 2.

Mr.M.Muniyasamy, learned counsel has taken notice for the third respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that on 16.03.2017 a representation has been given, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondents 1 and 3 are directed to look into the representation dated 16.03.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days.
